PHAROS is pleased to announce its participation in the second edition of the European Ocean Days, taking place from March 3–7, 2025, in Brussels. This week-long series of events delves into European marine and maritime topics, including the EU Mission for Ocean and Waters, fisheries science, blue innovation, investment opportunities, and ocean literacy activities. 

The European Ocean Days, scheduled for March 3–7, 2025, in Brussels, is a comprehensive week-long event dedicated to European marine and maritime topics. Each day is designed to delve into specific ocean-related themes, facilitating in-depth discussions and collaborations among participants.

This year’s European Ocean Days play a pivotal role in preparing the Ocean Pact, a reference framework for all EU ocean-related policies. The event offers a unique platform for exchanging ideas across diverse blue communities, addressing challenges, exploring innovative solutions, and paving the way for concrete actions to tackle interconnected ocean issues.

Session Proposals – European Ocean Days

PHAROS is preparing to submit session proposals focusing on:

• PHAROS Initiatives: Showcasing our ongoing projects and contributions to marine conservation and sustainable blue economy practices.

• Blue Schools Program: Highlighting efforts to promote ocean literacy and education through the Blue Schools network.

Exhibition Details

Details regarding booth space are being finalized, with plans to confirm arrangements by January 2025. PHAROS aims to establish an engaging presence to interact with attendees and disseminate information about our demonstrations.
