The Bantry Marine Research Station (BMRS) proudly participated in the recent International Seaweed Symposium held from 4–9 May. Drawing academics, industry experts and research organisations from around the globe, the event offered BMRS a prime platform to engage on seaweed cultivation, value-chain innovation and emerging applications in the marine bio-economy.
